This involves configuring, customizing, and optimizing modules like Assets, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Accounts Payable to meet the organization's financial needs.
P2P Tax Setup:
Strengthen controls in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Tax setup process.
Leverage your expertise as a Business Analyst to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Work closely with Oracle P2P eBusiness Suite Tax setups, and have a working knowledge of third-party systems like Vertex.
Additionally, facilitate the integration of these tax setups with multiple business partner applications.
Business Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement within the P2P Tax setup process and overall financial systems.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Interact professionally with diverse business units, managers, technology teams, support teams, and clients/users at all levels.
Collaborate effectively both individually and in group settings to understand business requirements and address issues.
End User Requirement Sessions:
Conduct and facilitate end user requirement sessions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.
Translate these requirements into clear and concise deliverables that can guide the implementation and configuration process.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Oracle EBS release 12 enterprise implementations, specifically in modules like Assets, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Accounts Payable.
Tax Expertise:
Strong subject matter expertise in tax regulations related to Procure-to-Pay processes.
Hands-on experience with Oracle P2P eBusiness Suite Tax setups is essential.
Familiarity with third-party tax systems like Vertex is a plus.
